Dina Litovsky’s work examines social performances and group interactions in both public and private spaces. She was born in Ukraine and moved to New York in 1991. After receiving her BA in Psychology from NYU, she turned to photography, earning her MFA graduate degree in Photography from the School of Visual Arts in NY in 2010.
Litovsky won various awards including 1st place in the 2012 NPPA Best of Photojournalism, 1st place in the 2011 International Photography Awards,2015 and 2013 PDN Photo Annual Awards, 2015 American Photography awards, Eddie Adams Workshop XXIV and more. In 2014 she was selected as PDN 30, New and Emerging Photographers to Watch.
Her work has been published in Time, The New York Times, The New Yorker, New York Magazine, Stern, Newsweek Japan, Wired, Bloomberg Businessweek, Photo District News and many others. She joined Anastasia Photo in 2012 and has exhibited widely domestically and internationally.
